“Hamstring and Back Relief – Roll Over”

If your hips, back, hamstrings, EVERYTHING feels tight, you’ll really LOVE this one!

Lay on your back, arms along your side.

Squeeze thighs together, extend them and left them off the floor at 45-degree angle.

Exhale as you lift legs over your body as you roll through your spine.

Keep legs parallel to the floor, toes pointed down towards the floor.
